All custom deck designs, plans, and related materials created by Boardwalk Vacaville Deck Builder remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use these designs for your personal project, but you may not reproduce or distribute them without our permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a resolution, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Solano County, California.
